CONFIRMATION
Hereford Prime Direct reserve the right to refuse any order. On accepting the order we will confirm when we expect to despatch and the likely time of arrival. A minimum order value of £35:00 is required to qualify for free delivery within the UK mainland.

DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days of their receipt, on a "next day by noon" delivery service, Mondays to Thursdays. Expected delivery times will be confirmed when order is accepted. Parcels must be opened immediately on receipt, and the products must be placed in a freezer or defrosted for consumption. Providing the parcel is unopened, the meat will remain frozen for over 24 hours from despatch.
Hereford Prime Direct will not be responsible for parcels which cannot be delivered due either to incorrect delivery information supplied, or the unavailability of someone at the address to receive the goods. The risk of the goods passes to the the customer on delivery. This contract shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and both parties shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

GUARANTEE
We take pride in our products and expect you to have a great eating experience from them. Our guarantee is that we have paid attention to detail at every stage of the production to ensure that Hereford Prime products reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately the one link in the chain where we have no control is in the cooking. If you are dissatisfied in any way with our product, please contact us in writing stating the nature of the complaint, the product and batch number from the label, and details of how it was cooked and served. We will respond as helpfully as we can. Owing to the nature of our products returns are not possible. Refunds will be entirely at the discretion of the company management.
